Description: |
Wildcat is hosting multiple school groups throughout the winter season.
Because of the selective process for participation in these programs, students are highly motivated and working with them is a pleasure. Prior ski teaching experience desired, PSIA certification a plus. Most group sessions are 3 days long, either 2 or 4 hours in length each day, and a few are for 5 days. Commitments can be VERY Flexible for the winter to fit your schedule…. December and January total 13 days; February 16 days; March 8 days; April 9 days. Premium pay depending on experience with extended skiing privileges.

Duties include (but are not limited to) instructing children from 3 to 12, of all abilities, in either skiing or snowboarding and providing a safe, fun and educational experience for cliental who may picture the wonderful world of winter a little bit differently than you do. Patience is an obvious must, but the rewards available are at times priceless! Prior teaching experience or certification is a plus, but not necessary. What is necessary is a desire to instill in the next generation of skiers your passion for the sport. The successful candidate must be a team player, and we will provide appropriate training from certified trainers in teaching techniques. There is a great opportunity to improve your own skiing through regularly scheduled clinics throughout the season. Pay is dependent upon experience, and we have a very flexible commitment schedule available. There are also positions available for 14 and 15 year olds who would like to explore the world of ski instructing. |

Wildcat is looking for dependable nursery staff. If you like spending your day with children from 2 months old on up, the nursery is the place to be.
If you work in the nursery, you must be willing to change diapers. Weekends and vacation periods are required. You must be willing to go outside with the children, help them get dressed to go outdoors and help them learn to ski. You do not need to know how to ski yourself, basic ski training will be provided.
