Terrain is rated: 25% Beginner; 45% Intermediate and 30% Expert.

Just like you, each Wildcat Mountain trail has its own character. There are trails for when you want to take on the world, and trails for when you simply want to view it: pristine and undisturbed. With not a condo in sight, you'll know you're just plain out there ... in the wild. Where 225 acres of fun await you - pure and vertical. Go Wild.

The 'Cat' has something that will appeal to all members of your family. For the novice, there's The Polecat, described as "two and three quarter miles of sheer pleasure". There is a multitude of cruisers, including the wide open steeps of The Lynx, voted Favorite Trail year after year by Mount Washington Valley locals. If you are into bumps, you can rip it up under the Gondi line.

No matter which Wildcat Mountain trails you choose, you'll find vintage, big mountain Eastern skiing with a warm, small mountain feel.

Be Safety Conscious
NH law states that each participant in the sport of skiing and snowboarding "accepts as a matter of law, the dangers inherent in the sport, and to that extent may not maintain an action against the operator for any injuries which result from such inherent risks, dangers or hazards," et al. Please refer to NH Statutes Section 225-A:24. Common sense, awareness, respect for others, respect for the natural environment, and respect for the ski area operation go a long way toward reducing your risk while out on the hill. Please practice Your Responsibility Code, and promptly report any irresponsible behavior you see to Wildcat personnel.

Your Responsibility Code *
Always stay in control, and be able to stop or avoid other people or objects.
People ahead of you have the right of way. It is your responsibility to avoid them.
You must not stop where you obstruct a trail or are not visible from above.
Whenever starting downhill or merging into a trail, look uphill and yield to others.
Always use devices to help prevent runaway equipment.
Observe all posted signs and warnings. Keep off closed trails and out of closed areas.
Prior to using any lift, you must have the knowledge and ability to load, ride
  and unload safely.

Wildcat maintains and patrols only the trails and glades within the ski area boundary identified on the map above. Areas outside the ski area boundary, and outside Wildcat's designated trails and glades within the ski area boundary, are not supported by Wildcat Ski Area services.

  * This is a partial list.
The Code is endorsed by the National Ski Areas Association
